Explore Vienna in one day. Have a guided walk through the city centre of Vienna before noon and take to the road of imperial Vienna. Learn why Vienna is also known as the “city of dreams” and the “city of music”. Catch a glimpse of the famous Lipizzan horses and take a good look at St. Stephans Cathedral. Get an idea of the dimensions of the Imperial Palace and hear stories and histories about those people who built, lived and ruled in it.
After a break to strengthen yourself for the second part of the tour, we will meet again at Schwedenplatz. Together we will leave for “Matzo island”. While taking a pleasant walk through Augarten you will realise why Vienna is known for its high standards of the quality of living and why it is known as a very green city. Learn more about the porcelain factory Augarten as well as the Viennese Boy Choir. Take a look at the anti-air raid towers, relicts from WW2 and understand why those towers were never removed.
Our Tour will end at the giant ferris wheel.
